Mujer intentó pasar marihuana por yerba mate en la cárcel de Pitrufquén
A woman without a prior police record was detained at the Pitrufquén prison in the Cautín Province. She attempted to smuggle marijuana into the facility for an inmate. The drugs were mixed with yerba mate. Authorities seized a bag containing about one kilo of the plant mixture. Sub-prefect José Luis Lamiña of the PDI confirmed the seizure.
Una mujer sin antecedentes policiales fue detenida en la cárcel de Pitrufquén (Provincia de Cautín, Región de La Araucanía) cuando intentó ingresar marihuana mezclada con yerba mate y destinada a un interno. "Se logró incautar una bolsa de yerba mate que se encontraba mezclada con cannabis sativa. Dicho envase pesaba aproximadamente un kilo de esta mezcla vegetal", señaló el subprefecto de la PDI José Luis Lamiña.
