This price surpasses the previous record of $1.728 million set in April at City Vue @ Henderson.

The previous record was set in April, when a five-room HDB flat at City Vue @ Henderson in Redhill was sold for $1.728 million. The unit, located at Block 96A Henderson Road, was situated between the 46th and 48th floor and spans approximately 1,216 sq ft. SkyParc @ Dawson, which was completed in December 2020, is situated near Queenstown and Commonwealth MRT stations.
