The chief executive of a Monaghan‑based manufacturer that has won international awards is being considered for a national honour. The nomination places him among the contenders for Ireland’s Business Person of the Year for 2026. The company’s global reach and recognised quality have been highlighted as reasons for his candidacy. The award will be presented later in the year to the individual judged to have made the most significant impact on Irish business.
