A man has been arrested on accusations of defrauding people by promising to send them to Romania and Croatia for foreign employment with attractive salaries. The arrested man was identified as 36-year-old Birendra Shahi, a Jumla native living in Bhaktapur Suryabinayak Municipality-5. The report was dated 13 Kartik in Kathmandu.
