A Russian businessman visited Sudan and offered the state to set up factories specializing in maintaining aircraft and military vehicles such as tanks. He also proposed a local factory to manufacture drones and munitions. The report says he ran into obstacles from local parties and was brought in and out through intermediaries without securing the deal. Described as very practical, he chose his interests and left for Ethiopia, where the government welcomed him, according to Sudafax.
