A plant worth 8.4 billion tenge was opened in the Abai region. Berik Uali, the akim of the Abai region, and Bauyrzhan Yeraly, chairman of the Committee for the Protection of Investors' Rights of Kazakhstan's Prosecutor General's Office, took part.
