The Department of Industry has instructed industries not to discharge wastewater directly into rivers. The department says it has received complaints that industries are releasing untreated wastewater, or wastewater that does not meet standards, straight into rivers and increasing pollution. The directive follows those complaints.
उद्योग विभागका अनुसार उद्योगहरूबाट फोहोर पानी प्रशोधन नगरी वा मापदण्ड विपरीत सिधै खोलामा विसर्जन गरी प्रदूषण बढाएको भन्दै उजुरीहरू प्राप्त भएका छन् ।
