RUSI – Mbyllet ”Novaya Gazeta” bastioni historik i gazetarisë së pavarur
Novaya Gazeta, a long-standing pillar of independent journalism in Russia, has announced its closure. The publication had openly opposed the Russian offensive against Ukraine. The editor-in-chief stated that the newspaper no longer exists. He attributed this shutdown to pressure from Russian authorities and special services. These entities forced the editorial staff to stop all operations.
