European Union funds were used to perform work on houses belonging to the family members of a mayor. A supervisory engineer certified unreliable documentation to facilitate this process. These actions led to unjustified payments totaling 104,284.81 euros. The money was paid to two trading companies. These companies gained illegal financial benefits through these payments.
Nakon što je nadzorni inženjer ovjerio takvu nevjerodostojnu dokumentaciju, na račune dvaju trgovačka društva izvršene su neosnovane isplate u iznosu od 104.284,81 eura, čime im je pribavljena protupravna imovinska korist u istom iznosu.
