The Spanish company Disa reached an agreement with the Manuel Champalimaud group. Disa owns Prio and manages Shell under a franchise in the Iberian market, as well as Q8 in Portugal. The deal with OZ Energia allows OZ fuel stations to adopt the Shell brand and image.
