CAS directs IIHF to allow Russian national teams to compete in international tournaments

The Court of Arbitration for Sport has ordered the IIHF to permit Russian national teams to participate in international tournaments. Russian Sports Minister Mikhail Degtyarev stated that the court overturned five resolutions previously adopted by the IIHF Council. The federation must now allow Russian teams to compete in events affected by those decisions.
