The government announced that Juan Pablo Mellado will now act as the substitute provincial presidential delegate of Biobío. This change follows the resignation of the previous delegate from the position.
“A partir de esta fecha, el delegado presidencial provincial del Biobío, Juan Pablo Mellado, asumirá en calidad de subrogante", informó el gobierno.
