Evacuations have begun in the city of Olesky, which is currently under Russian occupation. Both Russian and Ukrainian authorities confirmed the process is underway. A ceasefire is currently in effect across the front line in the Kherson region. This truce was mediated by the first lady of the United States, Melania Trump. The agreement has allowed for the clearing of mines from the road leading out of the city.
