Gjakderdhje financiare në Korridorin VIII/ Kostoja e Elbasan Qafë Thanë rritet me 100 mln euro për emergjencat dhe shtesat e kontratave
The expansion of the Elbasan-Qafë Thanë road is becoming an expensive burden for citizens. Official budget documents show that costs for the project have spiraled out of control. These increases are driven by frequent contract modifications and poor management. Geological emergencies encountered during construction have also added to the expenses. The total cost has risen by 100 million euros due to these additions and emergencies.
