A fishing boat carrying six people sank in waters on the border between Hai Phong and Quang Ninh after colliding with a cargo ship of Liberian nationality. The crash killed one person and left the five others on board injured. The incident happened in the stretch of sea at the boundary of the two neighboring coastal areas. The confirmed toll from the collision stands at one death and five people hurt.
