Tallinn is getting ready for Halloween, with pumpkins, costumes and creepy duckies among the festive details. The holiday falls on Saturday, October 31, and is celebrated in many countries as the night before All Saints' Day. The city is preparing for what the source calls the scariest holiday of the year.
