Residents of the town of Libavá will experience increased and sometimes extreme noise levels throughout November. This is due to military training exercises that will occur intermittently during the month. The mayor stated that locals are accustomed to the noise from these exercises. However, the movement of heavy military equipment like tanks is more problematic. These vehicles cause house tremors and damage local roads.
Obyvatelé Města Libavá se v listopadu budou muset smířit se zvýšenou až extrémní hlučností. Ta bude způsobena vojenským výcvikem, který s přestávkami potrvá celý měsíc.
