Češki orožarski milijarder ponuja 30 milijard evrov za imperij Ray-Ban
Czech billionaire Michal Strnad, who made his fortune in the weapons industry, wants to acquire the Delfin holding company for 30 billion euros. This company is controlled by the heirs of Italian businessman Leonardo Del Vecchio. Through Delfin, the heirs hold significant stakes in large European firms, including the maker of Ray-Ban glasses. Strnad is attempting to take advantage of long-term disputes between the eight heirs. At least one heir has already publicly opposed the takeover.
Češki milijarder Michal Strnad, ki je obogatel z orožarsko industrijo, želi za 30 milijard evrov prevzeti družinski holding Delfin, prek katerega dediči italijanskega poslovneža Leonarda Del Vecchia obvladujejo pomembne deleže v nekaterih največjih evropskih podjetjih. Med njimi je tudi EssilorLuxottica, proizvajalec znamenitih očal Ray-Ban. Strnad želi izkoristiti večletne spore med osmimi dediči, vendar se je vsaj eden od njih prevzemu že javno uprl.
