Ohima International Pte Ltd, a company wholly owned by Mi Technovation Bhd, has entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement. The deal involves the acquisition of the KHL Building in Singapore. This property is a seven-story light industrial building. It is located on New Industrial Road. The purchase price for the building is RM331.8 million.
