Některých prodejen Teska se Albert asi bude muset zbavit, říká marketér
The sale of the Czech retailer Teska to Ahold, the owner of Albert, could increase pressure on suppliers. This shift might lead to a higher risk of rising food prices. Expert Robert Le Veneur suggests the antitrust office will play a key role in managing the transaction. He believes the office will likely require Albert to sell some of its stores rather than blocking the deal entirely. A new market player might be interested in acquiring those stores.
