La Roja sub 15 goleó a Honduras para finalizar su participación en el Mundial de Azerbaiyán
The Chilean under-15 national team ended its run at the World Cup in Azerbaijan with a 4-0 victory over Honduras. The team finished the tournament in 73rd place. Under the management of Jaime Rubilar, the squad recorded four wins, three draws, and three losses. In the group stage, they defeated Kuwait and Barbados, drew with Tajikistan, and lost to Spain and RD Congo. They later beat Azerbaijan 3-1 before falling 1-2 to Belarus.

Con esto, el elenco nacional cierra su participación con cuatro triunfos, tres empates y tres derrotas. En la fase de grupos cayó ante España (2-4) y RD Congo (2-3), y venció a Kuwait (2-0) y a Barbados (8-0), y terminó igualando 1-1 ante Tayikistán. Con ello, el elenco que dirige Jaime Rubilar clasificó en el tercer lugar y quedó en el Tier C, donde venció a Azerbaiyán por 3-1 para luego caer 1-2 ante Bielorrusia.
