Documents and testimonies have emerged regarding a Navy officer who set fire to his ex-partner's homes. The officer allegedly threatened to kill the 36-year-old woman. Shortly after the threats, he set fire to two cars. A witness stated that her daughter narrowly avoided being inside the vehicles.
