The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina failed to declare a Day of Mourning due to a lack of quorum. This decision follows a helicopter accident in Brčko that resulted in four deaths of EUFOR force members. The crash also left 11 people injured. Ministers from the SNSD did not give their consent for the proclamation.
Savet ministara Bosne i Hercegovine zbog nedostatka kvoruma danas nije doneo odluku o proglašenju Dana žalosti nakon helikopterske nesreće u Brčkom u kojoj su poginula četiri pripadnika snaga EUFOR-a, a 11 povređeno.
