The Court of Justice confirmed a ruling on Friday, October 30, regarding the director of the Telecommunications Authority Suriname. Wendy Jap-A-Joe lost this legal battle. This marks the fourth case she has lost in the matter of the authority. She is now required to pay the legal costs of the State.
