One of the Kovavliker brothers, an owner of the Suizo Argentina drugstore, is challenging a corruption investigation into the Disability area. He successfully requested a postponement of his interrogation. The businessman is now asking the court to exclude evidence gathered during a raid at his home. He also wants the return of nearly 70 thousand dollars that were seized during the operation.
