Fan Noli: Kabinet i pykave
In August 1923, Fan Noli conducted a pre-election tour across southern Albania. He visited several cities including Vlore, Fier, Berat, Korçë, Ersekë, Bilisht, Pogradec, Gjirokastër, Delvinë, and Sarandë. During these meetings, he advocated for a government of the people, by the people, and for the people. This effort was part of a popular movement calling for a Constituent Assembly. During his speeches, he also exposed the government of Zog.
