The government of Congo reported that the Ebola epidemic has killed more than five thousand people. Officials have been unable to control what is described as the worst epidemic in the history of the country. More than 10,000 people have been infected since the virus was first declared in mid-May.
Počet obětí eboly v Kongu překročil hranici pět tisíc, informovala data tamní vlády. Úřadům se stále nepodařilo dostat nejhorší epidemii v historii země pod kontrolu. Od jejího vyhlášení v polovině května se virem nakazilo více než 10 tisíc lidí.
