Greek police arrested two Greek nationals and one Albanian citizen following a deadly explosion in the Plaka area of Athens on September 25. The blast resulted in six deaths, including a brother and sister named Florin and Florida Hoxha, as well as Eris Cani. Investigators allege the three suspects were involved with copper piping.
