Cristián Monckeberg criticized Luis Silva after the former Subsecretary of Justice left his position. Silva had previously attributed the criteria for sentence reductions to Minister Fernando Rabat. Monckeberg stated that Silva caused his own situation and described the events as every person for themselves.
