Gjykata Supreme anulon vendimet për spitalin modular në Tetovë, rasti kthehet në rigjykim

The Supreme Court overturned decisions regarding a modular hospital in Tetovo. Former directors Fllorin Besimi and Artan Etemi had been sentenced to three years in prison for a fire on September 8, 2021. That fire caused the deaths of 14 patients with Covid-19. The case will now return to the Basic Court of Tetovo for retrial.
U anuluan vendimet me të cilat ish-drejtorët Fllorin Besimi dhe Artan Etemi ishin dënuar me nga tre vjet burg për zjarrin e 8 shtatorit 2021, ku humbën jetën 14 pacientë me Covid-19; procesi para Gjykatës Themelore të Tetovës nis sërish.
