An exhibition of archival photographs is marking 60 years since Independence Palace was inaugurated. Around 100 design drawings and images of the construction are on show, documenting a design and building process that ran for more than four years. The palace was inaugurated on October 31, 1966, and the anniversary being observed falls on October 31, 2026. Together the materials give a visual account of how the landmark came together during those years of work.
