Čistě pragmaticky vzato, komunisté se nemají špatně. V celostátní politice už sice reálně neexistují, ale mají pořád obrovský majetek a velkou naději, že se o ně „matka strana“ postará. Komunistická strana Čech a Moravy totiž disponuje mnoha nemovitostmi, ze kterých ročně vybere nájem v řádu desítek milionů korun.
