Two people were arrested following a fatal hit-and-run accident in Tampines. A 30-year-old man will be charged with dangerous driving. He and a 29-year-old female passenger were apprehended near West Coast Road on Friday. The crash occurred a day prior and killed a 24-year-old motorcyclist and a 24-year-old pillion rider.
The man and his female passenger, 29, were arrested on Friday near West Coast Road, a day after the accident that killed a motorcyclist and his pillion rider, both 24.
