Police issued a nighttime statement saying they were assigned after the Prime Minister’s Office itself raised concern in the journalist detention case. Earlier, the Prime Minister’s secretariat and the ruling party RSP had said they were unaware of the matter. The statement clarified the police action followed that concern.
उक्त प्रकरणमा प्रधानमन्त्रीको सचिवालय र सत्तारुढ दल रास्वपाले अनभिज्ञता प्रकट गरेको थियो । तर प्रहरीले राति वक्तव्य जारी गर्दै प्रधानमन्त्री कार्यालयकै चासो पछि खटिएको प्रस्ट्याएको हो ।
