Dr Joyce Kithure spoke at the University of Nairobi regarding lead poisoning in Kenya. She called for a change in strategy from detecting lead to preventing it. To support this goal, she pointed to a national policy brief. She also mentioned a new exposure laboratory as a step toward these prevention efforts.
