More than 6,000 new homes are planned for Toa Payoh West. These homes and accompanying amenities will be clustered around the Caldecott MRT station. The first BTO project in the area, Toa Payoh Hillside, will provide about 1,600 flats. These will be available during the sales exercise in November 2026.
