A Ukrainian ombudsman said the evacuation experience in Aleshki could be applied in other cities. In Aleshki, residents fell into three groups: those who stayed in the city, those evacuated to other regions of Ukraine, and those who chose to go to Russia. Everyone received assistance regardless of their choice.
В Алешках были три категории граждан: решившие остаться в городе, те, кто эвакуируется в другие регионы Украины, и те, кто решил уехать в Россию. Все люди, независимо от выбора, получили помощь.
