Ballot papers for the 5 November by-election didn’t come, we’ll find out why – ECZ
The Electoral Commission of Zambia is investigating why ballot papers for by-elections on November 5 did not arrive in Lusaka. The papers were expected on an Emirates flight at 14:30 on Friday, October 30. The commission is coordinating with Emirates Airline and the printer Al Ghurair Printing and Publishing, which is based in Dubai, to find the cause of the delay.
