Saad Al-Alati appointed acting Undersecretary at Finance Ministry
Finance Minister Dr Yaqoub Al-Rifai issued a ministerial decree to appoint Saad Al-Alati as Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance. This appointment becomes effective on November 1, 2026. Al-Alati currently serves as the Assistant Undersecretary for Technical Services. He will manage the responsibilities of the acting undersecretary while maintaining his current duties.
