Plan antievasión en buses Red: validaciones aumentaron 25%
The Ministry of Transport tested a plan to increase fare payments on the 107 bus service between Peñalolén and Huechuraba. They deployed 89 agents to encourage passengers to validate their trips. This pilot program resulted in a 25% increase in validations. Due to these positive results, the ministry plans to add a second route to the program. If the trend continues, they intend to expand the initiative across the system during the first quarter of 2027.
El servicio 107 que va desde Peñalolén hasta Huechuraba sirvió como piloto para que el Ministerio de Transportes subiera a 89 agentes buscando incentivar el pago del pasaje. Con resultados positivos, la cartera ahora busca sumar un segundo recorrido y si todo sigue así, durante el primer trimestre de 2027 extenderlo considerablemente en el sistema.
