The OVP reported the deaths of two prisoners with serious illnesses in Venezuela. The organization claims these cases raise questions about medical care provided to those in state custody. It also questions the decisions made by authorities responsible for the lives of these individuals.
"Ambos os casos levantam sérios questionamentos sobre o atendimento médico e as decisões das autoridades responsáveis por garantir a vida de quem permanece sob custódia do Estado", acusou o OVP.
