Latvian Foreign Minister Baiba Braže commented on the Court of Arbitration for Sport ruling allowing Russian hockey national teams to compete in international competitions and at the World Championship. She said Latvia is outraged by the decision and opposes it. Braže also said all hockey countries should take the same position.
