Members of Vitória de Guimarães approved the sale of 17% of the SAD to V Sports. The decision followed an extraordinary general assembly that lasted over six hours. During the meeting, 19 members intervened. A total of 717 members voted in favor of the sale. Meanwhile, 468 members voted against the move.
