Yemen's Foreign Minister Afrah Al-Zuba attended the Manama Dialogue to address the situation in Taiz. She called for an end to the Houthi blockade of the city. The minister requested that roads be opened permanently and safely for travel. She stated that the effects of this conflict have extended beyond the borders of Yemen. Al-Zuba characterized the siege of Taiz as a war crime.
