A family from Aleshki is starting over from scratch for a third time. The story includes a cat and a plush friend from Belarus. The youngest child, nine-year-old Vanya, is called Vanechka by his mother. He is surprisingly calm despite what he has endured in the frontline city. Explosions and problems with water and electricity are a sad daily reality.
