Land Party leader Gcobani Ndzongana is considering legal action regarding a documentary titled Stolen Ground: The Hermanus Story. Ndzongana claims he was misled into appearing in the production. Because of this, he has withdrawn his consent for the use of his contribution. AfriForum stated that they sponsored the documentary. However, the organization clarified that they did not produce the film.
