The mother of a boy who was raped at a school in Tuva says the family fled their village and is now moving from one rented apartment to another while raising money for her son’s rehabilitation. She says the perpetrators were sentenced, but the people who falsified documents were never punished. Publicity had previously helped the family secure justice, and she says they are now forced to take that same path again.
Насильники получили сроки, а те, кто подделывал документы, так и остались безнаказанными. Тогда восстановить справедливость семье помогла гласность, и теперь они вынуждены вновь идти тем же путем.
