Istanbul’s municipal parking operator, İSPARK, inaugurated four new underground garages. The opening ceremony featured Deputy Mayor Nuri Aslan speaking to the press. He noted that each garage is situated close to, or connected with, a metro station. The combined capacity of the four facilities amounts to 1,465 parking spaces. The new garages are intended to ease traffic congestion in the city. The municipality presented the completions as part of its effort to improve urban mobility.
