Four deputy governors of the National Bank of Serbia have requested a prosecutorial investigation into Alta Banka. Željko Jović, Ana Ivković, Dragana Stanić, and Nikola Dragašević claim the actual state of the bank differed drastically from the reports sent to the central bank. They are asking for the investigation to determine possible criminal liability within the National Bank of Serbia itself.
