About fifteen thousand people took part in weekend demonstrations across several French cities, according to the interior ministry. Authorities described the overall situation as calm despite the large turnout. Twenty‑seven demonstrators were arrested during the protests. Similar gatherings were also reported in Germany and Portugal.
Sobotních protestů se na řadě míst Francie účastní přibližně 15 tisíc lidí, uvedlo francouzské ministerstvo vnitra. Situace je podle něj celkově klidná, zatčeno bylo na sedmadvacet osob. Protesty hlásí také Německo či Portugalsko.
